The oil is legal in the U.S. but will be allowed to be sold more loosely. By law, CBD can't contain more than 0.3 percent THC.
“So, I get most of my CBD from the coffee here, whenever I’m working. But yeah, it really, it’s a good balance for stress. And for anxiety and for regulating your immune system,” said brunch customer Erin Fitts.
