Friday was a very wet day around the region, and as our very slow-moving storm system continues to roll through the Southeast, shower chances are lingering for Saturday.

To update the historically-wet rainfall year for Wilmington, we received 1.97" yesterday, and our total for the year is now a staggering 99.72."

Highs today will be in the 60s for most spots. A few storms also remain a possibility. 

Sunshine returns tomorrow and will stick around for a few days. Highs tomorrow will be well into the 60s. Highs Monday will remain in the 60s with lots of sun.

The dry weather will stick around Tuesday and Wednesday, but then our next system will bring another round of rain by later Thursday.
