RALEIGH, N.C. –The FBI was investigating at a mansion in north Raleigh Wednesday night.

  • A mansion in the North Ridge Country Club was raided by the FBI Wednesday night.
  • The FBI has not said why they were searching the house.
  • The home is registered to Leonid and Tatiana Teyf.

The Bureau would not say what brought agents to the massive property on New Market Way, off Falls of Neuse Road, late into the evening, but agents could be seen searching the home from outside.

The massive, eight-bedroom home sits just off the golf course of the North Ridge Country Club.

According to property records, the house is owned by Leonid and Tatiana Teyf.

It was purchased in 2014 for more than $4 million. Leonid seems to have been taken off the deed in 2015, but added back in April of this year.

This is a developing story that will be updated as information comes in.
