NORTH CAROLINA -- Just two days after North Carolina voters approved a constitutional amendment to require photo I.D. at the ballot box, a non-profit is working to get tens of thousands of North Carolinians the I.D. card they'll need to cast their vote.

"The people this mostly effects are people of color, people with low incomes, the elderly, students, etc. So it's actually an enormous problem. People don't realize how big the numbers are," said one
