CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Carolina Waterfowl Rescue needs help finding animals they say were lost coming from Wilmington to Charlotte.
They say the transporter did not strap the crates down properly and the animals flew out on the road.
Workers didn't notice what happened until getting to Maxton. They say some of the animals could be on the side of Highway 74.
They're now asking for help, if people think they can do so safely.
