WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Winston-Salem Forsyth County schools is hosting a recruitment fair this weekend to fill hundreds of vacant of positions.

Besides teachers, the district's looking for bus drivers, psychologists, teacher assistants and social workers.

It boasts above average teacher pay, the bus stop program that provides discounts at local businesses and a warehouse of teacher supplies.

"Our goal will be to look now to help fill vacancies for next year and this is a great opportunity to begin to think about what next year looks like for those who might have wanted to teach or wanted to know if they were eligible to teach," said Dr. Paula Wilkins, the Principal at Cook Literary Model School.

The recruitment fair starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the LJVM Coliseum.

The district encourages you to bring multiple copies of your resume, and be prepared for on-site interviews.
