Spectrum News and "In Focus with Loretta Boniti" have teamed up with the NC Institute for Political Leadership to host four hometown debates on some of the proposed amendments to the state constitution that will be on the ballot Nov. 6.

This debate took place on Tuesday, Oct. 9 in Clayton. Four panelists debated the proposed amendment to establish an eight-member Bipartisan Board of Ethics and Elections Enforcement.
