RALEIGH -- Eating healthy, resting and exercising are great ways to help us gain energy in our everyday lives. But do you ever still feel like you're dragging or maybe aren't as productive as you hoped to be during the day?  

After spending 13 years in the corporate world, accomplished athlete and business woman Marcey Rader says she found herself highly stressed and burnt out, which eventually let to an auto-immune disease.

But she's changed her life and now her career path to try and help others through some simple life hacks that can help keep us on track to a better and more productive quality of life.

Rader sat down with Spectrum News anchor Caroline Blair for a look at how to tackle e-mail “telepressure,” and ways to getting a better night’s sleep in the technological world.
