People in Helena, Alabama saw a sparkling sight in the sky as storms rolled through the state Tuesday night.

Crawler lightning or anvil crawlers are a type of intra-cloud lightning. Intra-cloud lightning is the most common type of lightning. Its lightning that happens only inside a cloud jumping between different charge regions in the cloud.
As for crawler lightning, this occurs in the anvil of the clouds or thunderstorm and this spreads out and causing a visual spectacle in the sky. The lightning resembles a spider.
