ST. LOUIS–Police are investigating at least 25 car break-ins near Busch Stadium Sunday. Some of the break-ins happened while the Cardinals were playing a day game.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police are still investigating the incidents but did say there were several reports of vehicles being broken into on parking lots and streets in the Clark and South Broadway area.

Police say items taken from the vehicles include purses and wallets.

The department is also investigating a carjacking in the same area from Saturday night. A 61-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck while driving eastbound on Walnut St. when a male in his early 20s approached her, pointed a gun at her and demanded her vehicle.  The woman got out of her 2011 BMW 328i and the suspect took off in it. Police are still looking for the suspect.
