SAN ANTONIO — Nearly three months after January's deadly shooting at Rolling Oaks Mall, two suspects have now been indicted.
One person was killed and several others were injured during an attempted robbery at Kay Jewelers.
On Thursday, a Bexar County Grand Jury indicted both 34-year-old Jose Rojas and and 35-year-old Jason Prieto for Capital Murder.
If convicted, they could face life in prison or even the death penalty.
