JAMESTOWN, N.Y. -- The Spire Theater in Jamestown is reaching out for community support once again to help raise money for the James Prendergast Library.

The library is selling tickets for a theatrical performance called "Last Orders," a series of British thriller one-act plays that have an adult theme of drinking and mortality.  Library officials say with their current budget crunch, they welcome all the community support they can get.

"I can't tell you how much we appreciate everybody becoming involved," said Bobbie Caswell, James Prendergast Library assistant director. "The Spire Theater came to us and wanted to do this project for us and it just means the world to us."

Performances will be held at 8 p.m. on March 18, 19, 25 and 26.  Tickets cost $12 presale and $15 at the door.
