Friday marks six years since 7-year-old Patrick Alford disappeared.
The picture in the video above shows Patrick before he disappeared from his foster family's apartment at the Starrett City housing development Jan. 22, 2010.
Before living in Brooklyn, Patrick lived with his mother on Staten Island.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children released a picture age-progressed — which is also in the video — to what he might look like now.
Alford was 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighed about 65 pounds when he vanished. He also had a scar on his left eyebrow.
