SAN ANTONIO—Four people have been arrested and charged in the human trafficking of a teenager.

Three of the suspects were also charged with sexually assaulting the 16-year-old girl.

According to the San Antonio Express news, the teen told police that she'd been sold for $4,000. In late November, police say the girl was introduced to two of the suspects, a couple identified as Adrian Colon and Veronica Diaz.

Authorities say the teen was forced to have sex with the pair and then when she refused to have sex with others, the couple sold her to Rebecca Alvarez and Christopher Castoreno.
