HARNETT COUNTY—There is one less illegal gaming parlor in Harnett County, thanks to a concerned citizen.

A gaming room, posing as a fencing company, was busted by sheriff's deputies on Wednesday.  Now, Sheriff Larry Rollins said he wants the help from the community in uncovering more of these types of establishments.

They are illegal in North Carolina and Rollins said his team is cracking down.

"It's not my job to legislate or make people's morals or characters, but when you have a business operating that draws into my community some unsavory other characters, you know, I don't want it,” said Rolilns.

If you see a suspicious business pop up in your area, you can call your local sheriff's department to report it and remember all calls remain anonymous.
