Weekend Track Main­te­nance Affects 1, 5, L Trains this Weekend

If you're planning on using the subway this weekend, get ready for some service disruptions.

Weekend track maintenance will affect 14 lines starting Friday night.

Here are some of the changes:

Downtown No. 1 trains will run express from 145th Street to 96th Street.

No. 5 trains are suspended in both directions between Dyer Avenue and East 180th Street.

And there's no L service either way between 8th Avenue and Lorimer Street.
