UTICA, N.Y. -- A Utica native is no longer charged with murder for the death of her twin sister in Hawaii.

A Maui judge found that there was no probable cause for the charge against Alexandria Duval.

Prosecutors claimed Duval, previously known as Alison Dadow, intentionally caused the death of her sister by driving their SUV off a cliff.

Anastasia Duval, previously known as Ann Dadow, died at the scene.

Witnesses told police they heard the sisters arguing before the crash and that the passenger was pulling the driver's hair.

The judge ordered Duval to be released.

Her attorney says she's hoping to travel back to New York for her sister's funeral.
