OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. – A Mexico man allegedly found sleeping in his car on the side of the road with a child in the backseat has been arrested.
34-year old Jeffrey Sherman is charged with aggravated DWI.
Police arrested Sherman on Sundown Road during a welfare check.
Sherman was arraigned in Town of New Haven Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
