This week the board of elections announced it will hand over voter information to the Election Integrity Commission through a Freedom of Information Law request. The commission was formed by President Trump, who has said numerous times he believes he would have won the popular vote against Hillary Clinton, had it not been for voter fraud. There is still no evidence that such wide-spread voter fraud occurred. Governor Cuomo said he would prevent voter information from being released, but ultimately it was not his decision to make.
