The DEC is sponsoring the 2024 I Bird Challenge. People from across the state are invited to challenge their bird watching by finding New York state birds in their backyards, DEC land or state parks. Print out the challenge form and write down 10 different birds you've identified, the location and date. Participants completeing the challenge will be awarded a commemorative patch and certificate.
