MILWAUKEE — Plans to proceed with a new entertainment venue in Milwaukee’s Deer District are moving forward.

FPC Live previously announced the development of two new music venues, however the concert promoter is moving forward with just one, noting it “will provide ultramodern experiences for attendees and touring artists that will grow” the city’s music scene.

The new $60 million venue will operate year-round and host 55 to 60 events per year. The ballroom-style venue will have one stage with general admission, standing room areas and reserved and premium seating.

The venue can also host community events like corporate meetings and weddings.

FPC Live said the new venue is expected to be completed in 2025. It will be located just south of Fiserv Forum.

The project will be entirely privately funded.
