GREEN BAY, Wis. — Fans who purchased food or beverage at Sunday’s Green Bay Packers game at Lambeau Field may notice a duplicate charge on their credit or debit card.

In a press release, Packers’ representatives said a worldwide issue with the payment processor FreedomPay caused the duplicate charges. FreedomPay is the processor used by the Packers’ food and beverage provider, Delaware North.

They added duplicate charges may show up as “pending” in fans’ recent transactions on their credit or debit card accounts.

However, the charges will not be completed. Packers’ representatives ensured FreedomPay is voiding all duplicate transactions before they’re processed and they’ll be voided on customer accounts shortly.

But if you’re still having issues over the next few days, you’re encouraged to contact GBPaymentSupport@delawarenorth.com
