MILWAUKEE — The Brewers wasted no time building playoff drama in Game 1 of the National League Division Series. With the tying run on third base, closer Josh Hader closed the book on a 2-1 win over Atlanta, sending American Family Field into a frenzy.

At the top of Section 111, one fan clad head-to-toe in Brewers Zubaz high-fived just about every fan leaving the section. Dean Zuba — no relation to the company — exemplified the unbridled excitement that comes with a home playoff victory.

“I’m the high five king out here, guys,” the Madison native said without pausing the high five train. “I’m settin’ records out here. Brewers, let’s go. We’re winning the World Series.”

One win down, 10 to go for the Brewers’ first championship. Zuba likely woke up with a sore palm, but said his hand would be calloused in time for Saturday’s Game 2.
