IRWINDALE, Calif. — He’s never been to a Rose Parade but on New Year’s Day, Christopher Hogan will get a chance to sit on the Kaiser Permanente 2025 Rose Parade float as a double cancer survivor.
The float’s theme this year? “More Healthy Days For More Healthy Years.”
Gov. Gavin Newsom said the Trump administration acted illegally by federalizing the National Guard.
Marines "shouldn't be deployed on American soil facing their own countrymen to fulfill the deranged fantasy of a dictatorial President," Newsom said.
The parade is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, Trump’s 79th birthday.
