According to the CDC, on average 1 American dies from stroke very 4 minutes. And unfortunately, due to a number of risk factors, Dr. Vivick Ready, the Director of the Cardiac Arrhythmia service at Mount Sinai Medical Center says North Carolina is a high risk state.
