This is a getaway back in time to the 17th century! The Thanksgiving season seems to be more meaningful with a visit to Plymouth, Massachusetts and the outdoor living destination Plimoth Plantation. The English Village and Wampanoag Homesite, are both open to explore with in-character village people and real native Indians.
This is a wonderful recreation of 17th-century life, where it all took place long ago. An excellent family getaway!
Plimoth Plantation is open through the end of November and re-opens again in the spring.
