ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A member of the Hell's Angels received his sentence for violently beating a man with a baseball bat at a Lyell Avenue bar in Rochester.
64-year-old Robert Moran Junior, will likely spend the next 18 months in prison for beating a bar patron in 2006 at Spenders Bar.
Attorneys say it was in retaliation for bad remarks about motorcycle clubs made by the victim.
Moran is also prohibited from being a member of the motorcycle club for at least a year after his release from prison.
