BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Investigators believe a man who was seriously hurt in an early morning shooting was specifically targeted.
They say it happened just before 4:30 a.m. Saturday on Main Street near Minnesota Avenue.
Police say the 31-year-old man was shot just outside the front door of a Jim's Steak-Out location.
He was taken to ECMC where officers tell us the man was listed in critical condition.
