COLUMBUS, Ohio — Cap City will soon be flooded with fitness aficionados heading to the Arnold Sports Festival, one of the largest multi-sports fitness events across the globe.
From Feb. 27 to March 2, guests can experience a variety of events, including IFBB Pro League bodybuilding contests, the NPC Arnold Amateur Bodybuilding Championships, the Arnold Strongman Classic, the Arnold Classic, as well as strength and Olympic sports.
Additionally, there will be tons of exhibitions, meet and greets, booths of sports equipment, apparel, nutrition and more for people to enjoy.
A full schedule of events can be found here, but here are some highlights:
- The expo will be open on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- On Thursday, there will be the Arnold Amateur competition
- On Friday, prejudging for the Arnold Classic physique competitions begin
- Arnold Schwarzenegger, the event's namesake, also plans to make an appearance on Friday
- Finals for the Arnold Classic physique competitions are on Saturday

Those looking for a ride can hop on one of the shuttles. There will be free shuttle serves that will be marked with "Arnold Downtown Shuttle." Service begins Thursday through Sunday.
Parking at the Ohio Expo Center will cost $10 per day.
