CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — In an effort to improve accessibility, the Cuyahoga County Office of Child Support Services is offering online tools allowing for document signatures and live chats, according to a press release.

“New and improved resources give families better options and access to child support services,” said Tiffany Dobbins-Brazelton, director of the Cuyahoga County Office of Child Support Services, in the release. “By implementing DocuSign and chat support through our website, the Office of Child Support Services is increasing the ways in which people can access the resources they need.”

You can electronically sign the following forms: application for child support services and hearing waivers. They can be found here.

Those with basic questions can also now access a live chat for assistance. The release states agents are available from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday through Friday. It is available here.
