An area of high pressure builds in allowing for a mainly dry weekend, and therefore, ideal for outdoor activities.

What You Need To Know

  • Well-below average temperatures on Saturday

  • Warming trend starts on Sunday

  • Rain won't be an issue for any planned outdoor activities

Expect a mix of sun and clouds to be around early in the weekend and cool afternoon highs only managing to warm into the mid-40s in the High Country and into the low to mid-50s in the Foothills. A stray shower or two can't be ruled out during the day.

There will be more sunshine on Sunday as the low pressure off the east coast continues to move away. Sunday will also be the warmer of the two days over the weekend.
