Director of Marketing and Business Development Holly Van Cleave says it’s always an exciting time of year.

“Oh absolutely,” she said. “I mean it’s definitely a time of year we look forward to.”

A poll commissioned by User Testing found that two in five Americans miss the chaos of in-person Black Friday shopping.

Van Cleave finds people just want to get back outside after being inside during the pandemic.

“Everyone's excited to be, you know, back out and about, feel a little bit more normalcy over the past couple of years,” she said. “And just be able to come in and have the experience of seeing the product beforehand, touching it, try, buy."

The 2022 Deloitte Holiday Survey found 80% of holiday consumers plan to shop Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, up from 71% in 2021.

“After, you know, being pent up for so long and not having that human interaction and communication, I feel like it is a little bit sweeter of an experience to be out and about,” said Van Cleave.

She says Black Friday marks the beginning of their busy season and it will stay busy up through Christmas.

"Thursday through Sundays are normally busier than Monday to Wednesday,” she said.
