BURKE COUNTY, N.C. -- A climber had to be rescued at Linville Gorge Wilderness Park Saturday.

According to authorities, the victim was at the park when the Jonas Ridge Fire Department was called just before 5 p.m.

Authorities have not released any further information about the victim or their condition.
