Day Seven at the State Fair this year is highlighted by Dairy Day. It's a great day at the fair to take some time to recognize our dairy farmers and all the work they do.

It's also a good day to see the butter sculpture, grab a cup of 25-cent milk or some locally produced products in the Dairy Products Building.

Dairy Day has been a tradition at the fair for more than 40 years. It's also a good day to go and visit the cattle barn and talk to farmers, or perhaps go and take a look at the Cow Birthing Center to see a live birth of a cow.

There will also be the popular Media Milkshake Contest, and you can take pictures at the Milk Moves Me Booth.

Dairy princesses from across the state say they're excited to be at the fair and representing their counties this morning.
