SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Amid the cold and snowy Central New York, the Winter Fair at the New York State Fairgrounds offered a taste of summer this weekend. This was the event’s second year and offered fun for people of all ages. The Winter Fair had classic State Fair staples including rides, entertainment, and of course, great food. And after a successful year, the fair staff is hoping to see the event continue to grow.
