PAINTED POST, N.Y. -- A motorcycle hotspot that's been in the community for decades is now closed.
Corning Harley-Davidson has been in operation since the 70s, but owners chose to shut it down this year.
Lines were out the door yesterday with customers hoping to take advantage of the blowout sale, while catching a glimpse of the store for the last time.
Longtime customers say they're sad to say goodbye to a place that gave them great memories throughout the years.
"I always looked forward to coming here and seeing friendly faces and they were always willing to help us," said Howard O'Neil, Pennsylvania resident. "Being in a motorcycle family, it's been very important to have some place to come and call our home and they treated us like family here so it's kind of tough."
13 Employees will be effected by the closure.
