BUFFALO, N.Y. -- At suite 118 at the Foundry in Buffalo, you can find a local couple creating  Normal Bicycles. But, these bikes are really anything but.

The idea was built in the basement of Chris Kudla and Jessica Vreeswijk’s Normal Avenue home. The Urban Scout, is the first bike on the market. The price starts at $3,000. But, as Chris points out, these wheels are for the commuter, and just like Buffalonains, the two-wheels are hardy, ready to battle whatever Mother Nature brings.
