A Brooklyn lawmaker is hot water with some of his constituents, yet again.

Only a few weeks after being accused of impersonating a police officer following an incident involving a bicyclist, a new photo has surfaced which appears to show his vehicle parked in crosswalk.

Brooklyn resident Charlie O'Donnell said he snapped this picture on New Year's Eve after seeing State Senator Marty Golden get into the vehicle.

He said the vehicle was parked in the crosswalk on 93rd Street near a gym.

Last month, bicyclist Brian Howald took to Twitter to report that while riding along Third Avenue in Bay Ridge that a vehicle carrying the Senator traveled into the bike lane to avoid traffic.

Howald refused to yield to the vehicle and said the Senator flashed his parking placard and pretended to be a cop.

Golden, who spoke exclusively with NY1 after the incident last year, said that during the December incident, his vehicle was driven into the bike lane to avoid blocking the box.

Golden also denied that he ever pretended to be a police officer.

However, when asked about the latest picture Golden’s spokesperson said there was “no comment”.
