Paramount+ Movie Nights will return to Brooklyn this summer with a series of 16 free film screenings in four outdoor spaces, a press release said.
The event, organized by Paramount+ and BK MAG, will kick off on June 13 at McCarren Park.
Select movies will be showcased throughout the summer at Prospect Park, Fort Greene Park and McCarren Park, as well as in Coney Island, the release said. The movies will start at sunset.
The movie schedule for all four locations is as follows, according to the release:
McCarren Park
- June 13 — Shutter Island
- June 20 — American Hustle
- June 27 — The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
Fort Greene Park, Central Lawn
- July 3 — Call Me By Your Name
- July 10 — Gladiator II
- Aug. 14 — Clueless
- Aug. 21 — Dog Day Afternoon
Coney Island, Coney Island Beach at W. 12th Street
- July 17 — Better Man
- July 24 — Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy
- July 31 — Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
- Aug. 7 — The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie
Prospect Park, Long Meadow
- July 30 — Mean Girls
- Aug. 6 — The Smurfs
- Aug. 13 — Sonic The Hedgehog 3
- Aug. 20 — Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade
- Aug. 27 — Miss Congeniality
The screenings will also feature activities such as games and giveaways before the films start.
New Yorkers interested in attending a movie screening will need to RSVP. Complimentary snacks will also be available at each screening for anyone who brings proof of an RSVP.
