The City of Seminole’s Recreation Department is searching for the owner of a uniquely styled multicolored blue boat spotted near the shores of Treasure Island.
What's so unique about it? Well, for one thing, it was last seen not in the water, but driving down a Seminole street on wheels.

“It’s a boat that’s driving down the road and its got a cool paint job,” said Seminole Recreation Department manager Kacy Little. “It’s a very unique item. You don’t see a boat driving down the road every day.”
That unique look is exactly why the city’s rec department wants to find the boat's owner.
“We have a great idea to use his car to do something very special for our holiday winter fest,” said Little.
Little spotted the boat car and snapped a picture of it back in February. He said he originally wanted the boat car to be a part of the city’s Pow Wow Festival back in March.
That never happened, however, because Little could never get in contact with the owner. Now he has bigger plans for the boat car and the city's holiday parade, plans that includes driving in a special guest from the North Pole with the initials S.C.
“He will have a very special guest in his car, and we could possibly compensate him," Little said. "We would love for him to donate and just come and drive, but if he’s looking we could possibly compensate him."
The Rec Department is so set on getting this car they put up this post on Facebook searching for the owner:
If you know the owner of this unique vehicle or if you are the owner, you can contact the Seminole Recreation Department at 727-391-8345.
