Erlinda Dobson is the First Black Female Presiding Elder for NC AME Conference

NORTH CAROLINA -- Taking a look into the life of the first black female presiding elder for the North Carolina AME Conference.

Reverend Erlinda Dobson is a New Bern native and for the past four years she has been the first female to oversee 19 churches in eastern North Carolina.
