The sunshine is finally returning today after yesterday's rain and clouds. A few leftover clouds this morning will break for sunshine this afternoon as temperatures reach into the mid 70s. Tonight skies remain clear and temperatures fall to the cool mid 50s.

Friday will start off with some clouds and patchy area of fog that will clear for afternoon sunshine. High temperatures will hit the upper 70s before falling back into the upper 50s overnight.

The weekend will be nice with sunshine and slightly above seasonable temperatures in the low 80s.

For now, Halloween is shaping up to be partly sunny with highs in the 80s, but watching an approaching cold front to the north.
