A Flash Flood Watch continues until 7pm.  It appears the remnants from once Hurricane Willa that hit the west coast of Mexico yesterday reaches the area.   Widespread 1 to 2 inches can be expected with isolated totals getting near 3 inches is expected.  With saturated soils and all ready swollen rivers and creeks could flood quickly.  The area of rain should move out fairly quickly this evening and drier air will spread into the area from the west tonight.

After a couple of weeks of clouds, rain and cool weather, look for improving conditions all ready Thursday.  Sunshine will return tomorrow and continue through the weekend.  Also southerly winds will bring 80s back into the area this weekend.
