High pressure off to our west is keeping the area hot and dry.

Expect plenty of sunshine todayr. I expect the temperature to be near 100 this afternoon. The humidity is high as well...so expect the heat index to rise to 104 to 108 this afternoon.
We'll probably see some clouds develop later tonight through Monday morning. Overnight lows will be in the upper 70s. A weak area of low pressure travelling westward through the Gulf of Mexico may send a few sea breeze showers Monday especially areas to the east of San Antonio. With a little more cloud cover temperatures will be down a bit into the mid 90s.
After Monday, expect hot and dry weather to return.
