Friday was warm and spring like with high humidity and a breezy southerly wind. Highs ended up in the 70s and 80s! I hope you enjoyed it, because our next cold front moves in early Friday afternoon, setting up a colder start to the weekend.

Tonight will again be warm and muggy ahead of a cold front that should arrives right around 12pm-2pm Friday.  Ahead of it, we'll top out in the upper 60s to near 70, with temps dropping to around 60 at 4pm.  There could be a brief shower or two along the front.

As the front stalls in our area this weekend, rain becomes more widespread Saturday through Sunday, with more rain chances next week.  Finally we see a pattern that suggests potential drought relief as NOAA's 7 day rain outlook shows potential for 0.5" to 1" in our area.
