After a surprising – but not unexpected – snowfall event, South Central Texas should quickly return to normal on Friday. San Antonio saw the heaviest snow in 32 years with 1.9 inches officially. While not in the top seven heaviest snows, it is the most since 1985.

Sunny skies will prevail through Friday afternoon with highs reaching the middle 50s and light north winds. Friday night will be clear and cold, but most areas should stay in the middle 30s, above the freezing mark.

Saturday offers chilly morning temperatures but the afternoon warms to the middle 60s. Sunday, temperatures climb to the upper 60s to near 70. Dry weather is expected for the next seven days -- More details in the 7 Day Forecast.
