SAN ANTONIO -- At Conference USA Media Days, each university can bring two members of its football team to represent the school along with their coach.
For reporters, it's a chance to get to know these players better and hopefully find out a little more about what the team's been up to this off-season.
But for the players, the extra face time also has its advantages. They get interview practice, a free trip, some conference swag and, for UTSA's back Jalen Rhodes, an opportunity to see opponents in a less competitive atmosphere.
On Wednesday, reporter Lena Blietz caught up with the senior running back to find out more about his C-USA media day experience.
