SAN ANTONIO - Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff is seeking another term as one of the county's top leader.

The politician made that announcement Tuesday morning on the steps of the Bexar County Courthouse.

Judge Wolff says the county's goals and city's align - from building a new women's and children's hospital to education and public transit.

"We want to build everything we can to continue to build a good transportation system and really begin to address public transit. The mayor and I are working on that. We hope to get something kicked off in January that will bring everybody together to talk about public transit," said Wolff.

Judge Wolff was appointed to his position in 2001 and has been elected four times since then. His current term ends in 2018.
