NATIONWIDE -- Christmas Day is a little more than two weeks away, and if you want your gifts to arrive by December 25 the United States Postal Service has laid out the deadlines to make sure they can get your gift to its destination in time to go under the tree.

The USPS has laid out various shipping deadlines depending on the destination and the shipping rate:

• For domestic shipping with the USPS Retail Ground rate, the deadline is December 14
• For domestic shipping with the First Class Mail or Priority mail, the deadline is December 20
• For domestic shipping with Priority Mail Express Rate, the deadline is December 22
