AUSTIN, Texas – Protesters are expected to gather outside Sen. Ted Cruz's Austin office on Monday.

Demonstrators are demanding that Cruz reject Judge Brett Kavanaugh's nomination for Supreme Court. Cruz is on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which has to approve Kavanaugh before his confirmation moves to a full vote in the Senate.

The women's rights group "Ultra Violet Action" will meet at noon on Sept. 24. The group claims the sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh does not represent the values of the voters.

The Associated Press is reporting that two women have come forward with allegations against Kavanaugh, accusing him of actions they did not consent to.

The protest will be at 300 E 8^th St. from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
